In an intimate gathering that brought together leading architects and interior designers, OLTA unveiled its latest additions to their premium furniture collection during “The OLTA Experience” event. The exclusive presentation, during the Warsaw Home 2025 Trade Show drew to a close, introduced two remarkable new sofas: ANAGA and LUIS.

Design philosophy meets craftsmanship

For over three decades, OLTA has cultivated a reputation for combining conscious design with exceptional materials and meticulous craftsmanship. The brand’s creative director shared insights into the company’s evolution during the presentation, revealing how her parents’ passion transformed into a globally recognized furniture brand.

“We don’t create furniture just to look beautiful,” Zawistowska-Rychła explained to the gathered professionals. “We create pieces that evoke emotions and build relationships.” This philosophy, rooted in the slow living movement, encourages mindfulness and celebrates everyday moments through thoughtfully designed spaces.

The stars of the evening

ANAGA – where nature meets innovation

Drawing inspiration from the wild northern coast of Tenerife, ANAGA captures the dynamic interplay between sharp cliff edges and soft ocean waves. The sofa’s subtle asymmetries and varied proportions create a harmonious yet energetic form that responds to contemporary living needs.

What sets ANAGA apart is its innovative approach to comfort. Breaking from tradition, the design team replaced conventional feather filling with advanced memory foam technology. This responsive material adapts to body weight and temperature, creating an embracing sensation that adjusts to each user. Adjustable headrests and armrests further enhance its versatility, allowing the piece to transform from a social gathering hub to a private cinema experience.

LUIS – classic refinement with character

LUIS emerged from a six-month design journey that challenged the team’s preconceptions about classic furniture. Initially conceived without cushions, the design underwent numerous prototypes before finding its perfect balance between low-profile elegance and inviting softness.

“When it comes to comfort, we make no compromises,” the creative director noted, describing how the team ultimately revised their original vision to include carefully integrated cushions. The result is a grounded, stable form with adjustable armrests that can shift from classical to contemporary depending on configuration—retaining what the creative director calls “a touch of rebelliousness” from its complex development process.

The human touch collection

Beyond the new models, OLTA introduced their latest upholstery collection, categorized not by colors but by the sensations they evoke. This “Human Touch” approach features soft velvets, plushes, bouclé, and structural weaves selected for their tactile qualities.

Fabric is the first point of emotional contact, true comfort begins where human meets sofa and smiles.

Global reach, artisanal roots

Today, OLTA furniture graces over fifty showrooms worldwide, from Central Europe to the Middle East. The brand’s success stems from its unwavering commitment to quality and its understanding that furniture serves as more than functional objects—they’re stages for life’s moments.

The lead designer, a graduate of Warsaw’s Academy of Fine Arts and the University of Warsaw’s cultural studies program, brings exceptional sensitivity to translating emotion into function. Her designs, developed alongside a multidisciplinary team of technologists and trend experts, define OLTA’s aesthetic while maintaining the perfect balance between beauty and utility.

Looking forward

The presentation of ANAGA and LUIS marks another milestone in OLTA’s journey of creating furniture that responds to contemporary needs while maintaining timeless appeal.
